1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Bang Rak Thai Massage, represented by Siri Ana GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), in particular to all massage treatments offered, appointments made, and online bookings via Shore or other means of contact.

2. Services and offers

The services offered include various forms of traditional Thai massage and wellness massages. These are expressly not medical or therapeutic treatments. If you have any health complaints, please consult your doctor in advance.

3. Appointment scheduling and cancellation

Appointments can be made by telephone, email, social media, or via our online booking system (Shore).

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of cancellations at shorter notice or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booked service.

4. Prices and payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply. All prices are in US dollars and include sales tax. Payment is made on site in cash or by EC/credit card. Different payment methods may apply for online bookings.

5. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash. No replacement can be provided if lost. Combination with other discounts or promotions is only possible by prior arrangement.

6. Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. We accept no liability for health consequences resulting from the concealment of relevant information or disregard of the instructions of our employees.

We accept no liability for valuables brought with you.

7. Data protection

Your personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the GDPR. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.

8. House rules and conduct

We reserve the right to immediately terminate treatment in the event of inappropriate behavior (e.g., sexual innuendo or aggressive behavior). In such cases, the full price will be charged.

9. Changes to the terms and conditions

The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version current at the time of booking applies.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
